A quick doodle before I finish commissions.
The professors in charge of leading Beacon and Threshold. Or the coffee vs tea battle.
I know, I know, Ram and Dragon Slayer are canonically the bad guys, and holy shit they are bad news, but I liked the idea of these two in the good side. Sure, Ram still has a thing for manipulating people with a few little lies, and Dragon Slayer may be more of a danger than the grim to her students, but the teams from Threshold are always top quality!
And yes, in RWBY verse Ram is a Faunus, and she is the head of the school

I could imagine the students fear should they hear Dragon Slayer herself was coming to a team of Threshold Huntsman Graduates or Threshold Huntsman Trainee's because, she learned they did something wrong and the team group up to think of a plan to get away from her before she arrives or pacify her when she does arrive before accepting their fate in the end that Dragon Slayer will make their day look like hell and the grimm battle they had look like a beautiful moment in comparison.
But they will forever take it than ever dealing with a displeased Ram should she get put into a bad mood. She would probably be Terrifying in comparison to Dragon Slayer and yet she would be scarier than Glynda
